It started out | with an Atari 800 48k with a single 1050 drive and | running at 300 Baud with a genuine Hayes modem. It | expanded to an Atari 800, a 1050 drive and an Indus GT | drive. Later it was running on an Atari 130XE w/ Ram Disk | along with those two drives. Eventually it ended up | running with a modified 130XE with 512k memory, 40 megs | MFM drive (formatted as an RLL drive to get 60 megs out | of it) with the 130XE ram drive, a 256k MIO ram drive, | and the two floppies mentioned above. In the old days | it would answer the phone by a device I rigged up to plug | into the joystick port and the phone system, since the | 1030 modem didn't have an auto-answer option.
